We are seeking professionals who can effectively handle customer inquiries, qualify leads, coordinate site visits, and contribute towards sales conversions through excellent customer engagement.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, managing lead follow-ups, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from inquiry to site visit.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries professionally

Generate, qualify, and manage leads from various marketing sources

Explain project details, pricing, offers, and benefits to prospective customers

Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team

Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and customers

Update and maintain accurate customer data in CRM software

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead conversion activities

Ensure prompt response and professional customer engagement

Track lead status and provide regular MIS reports to management

Core Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Pre Sales within the Real Estate Industry (Mandatory)

Excellent communication and convincing skills

Strong customer handling and follow-up capabilities

Experience in CRM software and lead management

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Good understanding of real estate sales process

Preferred Skills

Strong negotiation and coordination abilities

Positive attitude with customer-first approach

Ability to handle multiple leads efficiently

Professional presentation and communication skills
