We are looking for a Presales Engineer Security to design and support security solutions like CCTV, access control, and ELV systems for our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Design CCTV surveillance and access control solutions as per client requirements
• Prepare system designs, solution architecture, and Bill of Material (BOM)
• Support the sales team during client meetings and technical discussions
• Understand customer needs and suggest the right products and technologies
• Provide solutions for IP-based surveillance, VMS, and integrated security systems
• Coordinate with OEMs, partners, and internal teams for finalizing solutions
• Create basic technical documents, diagrams, and presentations
• Stay updated with latest security technologies and industry trends

Key Skills & Knowledge

• Good understanding of CCTV cameras, VMS, and access control systems
• Basic knowledge of ELV systems and networking (IP systems)
• Ability to prepare and understand BOM and solution designs
• Knowledge of structured cabling (UTP/Fiber) is an added advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills

• Quick learner with interest in new technologies
• Open to travel when required

Experience

• 2+ years in security presales, CCTV, or access control solutions
