Key Responsibilities

Sales Incentive & Rewards Performance Analytics

  • Analyze effectiveness of sales incentive plans across segments, geographies, and roles.
  • Track payout distribution, goal attainment, and differentiation between top performers and the rest of the population.
  • Assess incentive plan ROI by evaluating cost versus value delivered.

Rewards Design Insights & Decision Support

  • Provide analytics-driven inputs for designing new sales reward initiatives.
  • Model and simulate impact of plan changes prior to implementation.
  • Translate complex data into decision-ready insights for leadership.

Rewards Cost & Efficiency Metrics

  • Develop metrics for reward efficiency and sustainability.
  • Support annual and in-cycle budgeting through analytics.

Analytics Enablement & Reporting

  • Own dashboards and reports for sales rewards analytics.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data.
  • Enable self-service analytics for HR and business leaders.
