RESPONSIBLITIES

• Lead, manage, and execute BFSI financial communications mandates across banking, financial services, and financial markets-oriented clients, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, confidentiality, and quality standards
• Contribute to the development of integrated communication plans addressing business announcements, regulatory developments, financial performance, leadership communication, and reputation priorities
• Support clients in navigating a dynamic communications environment shaped by market volatility, regulatory scrutiny, media expectations, and public sentiment, with a strong focus on credibility and trust
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a dependable communication partner and advisor to senior leadership teams during critical business moments
• Develop and maintain relationships with key BFSI, business, and financial journalists, editors, and influencers relevant to client sectors
• Track financial news, policy updates, regulatory changes, and emerging BFSI narratives to identify proactive media opportunities, potential risks, and areas requiring strategic communication intervention
• Translate complex financial information into clear, accurate, and market-appropriate narratives that strengthen stakeholder confidence and enhance corporate reputation
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated communication outcomes across traditional media, digital platforms, and leadership forums
