Role Description This is a full-time, on-site PowerPoint Designer role based in Mumbai. The PowerPoint Designer will create visually compelling presentations that translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual stories for internal and client-facing use. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and formatting slides, developing custom templates, iconography, and infographics, and ensuring brand consistency across all presentation materials. The role involves close collaboration with strategists, copywriters, and account managers to interpret briefs, refine content flow, and meet client objectives and timelines. The designer will also optimize files for different presentation scenarios, maintain presentation asset libraries, and proactively suggest creative improvements aligned with brand guidelines and project goals.
Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to design master templates, layouts, charts, and animations in a clean, brand-consistent style.
Solid design foundation, including visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout, supported by experience with tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar.
Ability to interpret briefs, structure information logically, and transform raw content into clear visual narratives, data visualizations, and infographics.
High attention to detail in formatting, alignment, consistency, and proofreading of on-slide copy and visual elements.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects, meet deadlines, and respond constructively to feedback.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (strategy, marketing, client servicing) in an agency or design studio environment is preferred.
Relevant education in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience with a portfolio of presentation work.
Familiarity with branding and digital marketing concepts, and comfort working with clients across sectors such as hospitality, lifestyle, and corporate brands, is an advantage.
