Power Platform Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Model-Driven Power Apps solutions using Dataverse
• Build custom connectors and integrate external systems
• Automate business processes using Power Automate
• Manage and optimize Power Platform environments
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Create documentation (PDDs, process flows) and engage stakeholders
• Solve complex problems in a fast-paced, multi-project environment

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Power Apps (Model-Driven) and Dataverse
• Experience with custom connectors and integrations
• Proficiency in Power Automate and workflow automation
• Hands-on experience across Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents)
• Data integration experience (SharePoint, SQL Server, cloud sources)
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 integrations
• Strong analytical, communication, and mentoring skills

Expectations

• Degree in Computer Science / Engineering, 5+ years of total experience
• Experience managing Power Platform environments
• Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture
• Advocate of low-code/no-code solutions
• Confident in stakeholder communication and collaboration
• Ability to align solutions with business strategy
• Experience in documentation and governance
