Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in database development, ETL, and enterprise data integration projects.
Strong hands-on experience with SSIS and SQL-based data transformation pipelines.
Strong experience in PostgreSQL development, performance tuning, query optimization, stored procedures/functions, and database administration concepts.
Experience in file management systems/processes, including file ingestion, validation, encryption, movement, archival, and reconciliation.
Exposure to or experience with AWS file management/storage services and cloud-native file handling approaches.
Good understanding of ETL architecture, batch processing, scheduling, dependency handling, and exception management.
Experience in designing and integrating APIs for data exchange and workflow orchestration.
Strong proficiency in SQL scripting, data analysis, and troubleshooting data-related issues.
Experience working with job scheduling and automation tools.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and working within a cross-functional delivery team.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with attention to detail.
Good verbal and written communication skills, along with a collaborative teamwork ethic.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Experience with API testing tools and monitoring utilities.
Hands-on experience with AWS-based file management solutions for secure file transfer, storage, ingestion, and archival.
Strong knowledge of AWS services such as Amazon S3, AWS Transfer Family, Lambda, IAM, and CloudWatch.
Experience in building automated, scalable, and secure file processing workflows in AWS environments.
