Portfolio Program Manager Solution

Job Summary

The Fleet Portfolio Program Manager will be responsible for over looking the life cycle of carrying out our portfolio. This will include strategic planning, governance, and execution of a portfolio of fleet-related programs and initiatives.

The manager will ensure that fleet investments, operational improvement efforts, vehicle lifecycle strategies, technology implementations, and cross-functional programs align with organizational committed goals, budget targets, compliance requirements, and service expectations.

The Program manager will work hand in hand with our deployment manager to ensure the committed value to our customers is in place, on time and the highest quality standard.

The ideal candidate should have a combination of program management expertise with deep understanding of fleet operations, asset lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven decision-making.

This individual will work with me across operations, finance, procurement, R&D, Customer services, and executive leadership to prioritize initiatives and deliver measurable business value.
