Job Description
Summary (Role Definition) : Owns end-to-end data delivery for the enterprise, governing architecture, analytics, and quality across multiple programs. Aligns business outcomes with data strategy, ensures cross-team governance, and drives adoption of frameworks and AI tools.
Key Responsibilities / Daily Deliverables : Define portfolio roadmap aligned to OKRs
Govern frameworks
Manage stakeholders
Mentor delivery teams
Enforce data quality
Oversee sprints
Measure performance
Integrate AI productivity
Frameworks & Tools : Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Power BI, dbt, Databricks, Jira, Git, Confluence, ServiceNow
Copilot / AI Enablement : Promote Copilot for code generation, doc creation, testing automation, productivity tracking
Validation Checkpoints : Validates roadmap definition, stakeholder engagement, governance maturity, AI usage
Education / Certification : B.Tech/MCA; Snowflake/Azure/Power BI/Agile certifications
Experience Range : 12+ yrs total; 5+ yrs in data portfolio leadership
