Job Description
Greetings from Teknikoz,
Location: Pan India
Experience: 8+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in Polarion ALM administration
Role and Responsibilities :
- Administer, configure, and upgrade the Polarion ALM platform with strong architectural understanding
- Customize workflows, forms, fields, and reports based on business requirements
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access control ensuring system security
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability
- Integrate Polarion with tools like Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines using REST APIs/web services
- Perform data migration, backup, and recovery activities
- Utilize scripting knowledge (Java/JavaScript) for customization and automation
- Work with Linux/Windows server environments for system maintenance
- Good understanding of ALM/SDLC and Agile/DevOps practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Provide user support, training, and documentation with strong communication skills
