Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly driven Program Manager to lead organization-wide Workforce Governance, Utilization Management, Financial Governance, Revenue Operations, and P&L Optimization across multiple portfolios. The role will act as the central governance owner responsible for aligning workforce capacity, revenue realization, profitability, forecasting, billing governance, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in PMO, Business Operations, Resource Management, Utilization Governance, Revenue Operations, Portfolio Governance, Financial Planning, and Executive Leadership Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Workforce & Utilization Governance

• Drive organization-wide utilization and workforce planning governance.
• Manage billable, buffer, shadow, and bench allocations.
• Govern resource deployment across T&M and Fixed Price programs.
• Drive bench optimization, redeployment, and capacity planning.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring plans aligned to business demand.
• Lead demand forecasting and workforce capacity planning.

Finance Governance & Revenue Operations

• Own governance of revenue realization, billing, invoicing, SOWs, and PO tracking.
• Monitor portfolio profitability, gross margins, and financial performance.
• Identify revenue leakage, billing delays, margin erosion, and commercial risks.
• Drive financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure strong governance across T&M and Fixed Price business models.
• Support leadership with profitability and business performance insights.

PMO & Business Operations Governance

• Establish governance frameworks, dashboards, KPIs, and review mechanisms.
• Publish executive MIS, utilization, revenue, profitability, and forecasting reports.
• Drive weekly/monthly governance reviews with leadership teams.
• Present actionable recommendations for operational and financial optimization.
• Partner with Delivery, Finance, HR, Sales, Portfolio Managers, and Business Leaders.
