PLC Programmer

Education BE/Diploma in Electrical and Electronics / Electronics and Communication / Instrumentation / Mechatronics Job Related Experience Should have at least 47+ years experience in the field of industrial automation Business Understanding General manufacturing processes in Electrical/Auto/Auto auxiliary Industry, Machine Assembly knowledge Manufacturing Industry and Discrete line experience is must. Industry experience like Machine builder, Automobile, Auto accessories, Switch gear, manufacturing Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills)

- Experience in PLC, HMI, SCADA, Analog modules, different communication protocols. Prefer to have Schneider PLC & HMI experience.

- Experience in Schneider PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming SFC, Ladder, Structure text.

- Experience in handling Industrial elements: Laser marking, Robotics, Vision inspection, Scanning, Product testing, Torquing, Sensors, Assembly Poka-yoke, Servo drives, welding controller, Load cell, LVDT, Power source, printers. - Experience in Communication Protocols: Serial, Modbus, Profibus, TCPIP, FTP, Ethernet IP.

- Troubleshooting experience in Applications, Electrical circuit, Mechanical, Pneumatic.

- Experience in handling PC based Test equipment and test machines.

- Programming Knowledge on NI test stand, LabVIEW.

- Knowledge in validation of Machine Risk Assessment, Safety circuit and poka yoke.

- Knowledge in Cycle time study and line balancing.

- Knowledge in pneumatic and hydraulic circuit understanding.

- Able to understand, interpret Electrical drawings, suggest improvement in Machine design.

- English both oral and written;

Local languages Kannada, Telugu, Tamil will be a plus. - Communication skill for technical exchanging with Customers

Technical Specification Understanding Participate in the initial technical specification discussion with different stake holders to understand the need and identify key automation elements needed and sequence

Industrial Automation Product Selection Work with Mechanical and Electrical Machine Designers to choose the right automation products for the machine need., Look for innovative products , use of latest technology
