Technical
- SPM/Machine design, Concept design / Modification/Evolution of PLC programming and HMI design
- Electrical components selection and calculation (Both IEC & CSA/UL standards)
- Safety PLC & Safety architecture design (Both IEC & SIL standards)
- Robotic programming (Fanuc & Yaskawa)
- Pneumatic knowledge (Symbols & Circuit)
- Self-Quality Check Design & Drawings
- Design review
Tools
- Rockwell (SLC, Control Logics, Guard Logix and K6000, K5700)
- Nidec (Unidrive Sp, M- Drives and Digitex drives(M750))
- Siemens (TIA Portal V13 and above,..)
- SEE Electrical is added advantage (equivalent Eplan)
- TeamCenter (Siemens)
