Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PLC Programmer based in Bengaluru and Chennai. The PLC Programmer will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and maintaining Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems for automation projects. The role includes troubleshooting and debugging PLC issues, preparing technical documentation, and collaborating with the design and engineering teams to deliver efficient automation solutions. Adherence to safety regulations and quality standards is essential while working on projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming, control systems, and industrial automation
• Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and maintaining PLC hardware and software
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block
• Ability to work with HMI (Human-Machine Interface) and SCADA systems
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems in an automation context
• Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering, or a related field
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with safety compliance standards
• Experience with robotics or motion control systems is a plus
