We provide a safe, imaginative, challenging, and fun environment for children under 7 years old or less than 130 cm in height to learn and play.

About the Role:

Are you passionate about guiding the first steps of our future generation? Pixie Play is seeking an empathetic and dynamic Play School Administrator to join our all-women team. This role is perfect for someone who values leadership, interaction with children, and the joy of shaping their early learning experiences.

In addition to administrative responsibilities, the role requires you to handle a class, where youll actively teach, engage, and foster a love for learning among our little stars.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Guide and mentor a team of creative educators, manage schedules, and facilitate ongoing professional development.
• Child-Friendly Environment: Manage the day-to-day operations to ensure a welcoming, secure, and engaging environment for children.
• Teach and Inspire: Actively handle a class, teaching children through creative and engaging lesson plans that promote holistic development.
• Parental Communication: Act as the primary liaison for parents, offering reassurance and updates on their child's experiences and progress.
• Operational Management: Maintain exemplary administrative practices for the seamless operation of the school.

What Were Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in administrative assistance, organising events, and coordinating with staff and parents.
• Ability to manage lesson planning, curriculum design, and implementation.
• Working knowledge of early childhood education and development.
• Experience in educational leadership and team management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field preferred.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure the best learning environment.
