and be themselveswithout pressure or rigid expectations. Designed for regulation

First and joy next, Skylime creates a safe and supportive environment for both

neurodivergent and neurotypical children.

Role: Play Facilitator

Experience: 03 years (Freshers welcome)

Center Location: JP Nagar (Near Aster Hospital)

Role Summary:

This role involves engaging with children in play zones, facilitating child-led activities, and ensuring a safe, calm, and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Facilitate play across sensory, art, movement, and reading zones

* Ensure safety, hygiene, and a positive environment

* Observe childrens behaviour and engagement

* Plan and set up weekly activities

* Support daily operations and maintain child ratios

* Interact with parents and report any concerns

Ideal Candidate:

* Passion for working with children

* Calm, patient, and empathetic

* Good observation and communication skills

* Responsible and safety-conscious

Preferred Background:

Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Montessori, Fine Arts, or relevant experience. Freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
