Hiring: Windows & Virtualization Specialist (Automation-Focused)

We are looking for a highly skilled Windows & Virtualization Specialist with a strong focus on automation, scripting, and secure infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable systems and working in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
• Manage VMware vSphere infrastructure (ESXi, vCenter, clusters, networking, storage)
• Support VDI environments (Omnissa / VMware Horizon)
• Work with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for hybrid identity management
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams

Required Experience:

• 4+ years in Windows Server administration
• Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere and VDI platforms
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and hybrid identity
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN)

Nice to Have:

• Relevant certifications (Windows Server Hybrid Admin, VCP-DCV, M365 Enterprise Admin)
• Experience with Ansible or similar automation tools
• Exposure to financial services environments
