Plant Head of Security

LALBABA Engineering, established in 1964 in West Bengal, India, is a recognized leader in the manufacturing and engineering industry, specializing in ferrous-based industrial products. This is a full-time on-site role for the Plant Head of Security located in Howrah. The Plant Head of Security will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of physical security for the plant, ensuring network and information security, and implementing business continuity plans. Key responsibilities include securing the facility, mitigating cybersecurity risks, and establishing systematic safety protocols to protect individuals and assets on-site.

• Expertise in Physical Security, including access control, monitoring systems, and site protection strategies
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity, Information Security, and Network Security to ensure safe and secure operations
• Experience in developing and implementing Business Continuity plans for risk mitigation and operational resilience
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to manage and train teams effectively
• Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and crisis management capabilities
• Familiarity with industrial or manufacturing environments is preferred
• Relevant certifications in security management, cybersecurity, or related fields are advantageous
