At Nova, we're looking to create and own the employee wellness category. In a short span of 5 years , we've built an outstanding team, achieved product-market fit and become the first Insure-tech company to secure an IRDAI Insurance broking license. The difference? We see ourselves in the business of improving employee happiness instead of insurance and as such more an HR Tech company. Job Responsibilities:

1. Followup on the policy issuance with Insurers, working along with Placement team and Onboarding team
2. Coordinate with insurers/TPAs to resolve queries and ensure timely issuance of policies.
3. Maintain weekly and monthly dashboards for policy issuance TATs and Statuses.

What are we looking for?

1. 0-1 years of work experience prior work experience at an insurance broking firm, TPA or insurance company will be added advantage.

2. Strong relationship-building capabilities across multiple levels of the organization.
3. Excellent oral and written communication.
4. Ability to engage with Insurance companies/TPAs across multiple regions, and ability to diplomatically navigate complex situations. Utmost integrity and transparency.
5. Desire to work in a fast-paced, multitasking, fluid environment with changing priorities.
6. Strong ability to work independently, build processes that scale and manage one's time, with minimum oversight.
7. Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Willingness and ability to learn new hacks and tools quickly.

Stipend: 15,00020,000 per month.
