Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Placement Officer/Manager role based in Chennai. The role involves coordinating placement activities, building strong relationships with recruiters and companies, organizing campus drives, and developing placement strategies. Additional responsibilities include providing career counseling to students, preparing them for interviews, managing training sessions to improve employability skills, and maintaining records of placement data and outcomes.

Experience required - 1 to 2 years

Package - Upto 4LPA

Qualifications

• Skills in Campus Placement coordination and building relationships with recruiters
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with
• Experience in Training and Education to enhance the employability of candidates
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and team management skills
• Proficiency in using placement management tools or CRM software
• Familiarity with the technology domain or technical training industry is an advantage
• Bachelors or Masters degree in any relevant field
