Placement Manager

At Innovit Technologies, we are building a strong bridge between learning and real-world careers in AI, ML, and Generative AI. Our focus is outcomes, not just education.We are now looking for a part-time professional who can drive placements and corporate partnerships with strong ownership.

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

This is a fully remote role with high ownership and flexibility. The role is outcome-driven, requiring you to independently manage industry partnerships, hiring pipelines, and placement initiatives while collaborating closely with internal teams.

What Youll Be Responsible For

• Build and expand relationships with hiring partners across startups, mid-size companies, and enterprises
• Drive placement outcomes through hiring drives, recruitment campaigns, and employer engagement initiatives
• Identify and onboard new companies by tracking hiring trends in AI, data, and tech roles
• Create long-term partnerships for repeat hiring and strategic collaboration

Who Should Apply

• 6+ years of experience in placements, recruitment, corporate relations, or business development
• Strong network with hiring managers, HR leaders, or decision-makers
• Ability to independently drive partnerships and close hiring opportunities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Someone who thrives in a high-ownership, outcome-driven environment

Compensation Structure

This is a performance-driven engagement designed for professionals who can independently create hiring opportunities and placement outcomes.

• 5,000 for every new company successfully onboarded as a hiring partner
• 1,000 for every learner successfully placed through Innovit hiring initiatives
• No cap on earnings; compensation scales with results delivered
