Placement Manager

Amity Institute of Information Technology (AIIT) an institution of Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida, invites applications from dynamic, result-oriented and industry-connected professionals for the position of Placement Manager to strengthen our Training & Placement function.

AIIT offers leading programs such as BCA, MCA, B.Sc. (IT), and M.Sc. (IT) with a strong focus on industry integration and student employability.

Position: Placement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute placement strategies for IT programs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate recruiters, IT companies, and startups
• Lead campus recruitment drives, internships, and industry engagement initiatives
• Identify emerging industry trends and align placement activities accordingly
• Mentor students on career readiness, employability skills, and interview preparation
• Achieve placement targets in line with institutional goals

Qualification & Experience:

• Postgraduate: MCA / M.Sc. (IT) / MS (MBA will be considered an advantage)
• 812 years of relevant experience in placements/corporate relations, preferably in higher education.
• Strong corporate network in IT/ITES, product companies, and consulting firms
• Proven track record of successful student placements
