KRA For Placement Executive:

Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, industry professionals, and alumni to create placement opportunities.
Research and engage with new companies to expand the placement network, aligning with industry trends and student career goals.
Facilitate campus visits, recruitment drives, and meetings with employers to discuss placement needs and expectations.

Placement Coordination and Strategy:

Work with the Placement Manager to design and implement effective placement strategies, setting targets and timelines.
Organize pre-placement talks, workshops, and recruitment events to prepare students for interviews and job placements.
Monitor the placement process, track student performance, and ensure timely and effective communication with recruiters.
Student Preparation and Support:
Conduct regular training sessions on resume building, interview techniques, and soft skills development.
Provide one-on-one counseling to students to identify career interests, goals, and prepare them for placement opportunities.
Work with academic teams to align curriculum and skill development with industry requirements.
