Job Summary:

Placement Point Solutions is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Placement Coordinator to manage student placements, build strong employer relationships, and ensure successful career opportunities for candidates. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in client handling, and placement activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with companies and HRs for job requirements
  • Coordinate interviews, drives, and placement activities
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job roles
  • Guide and prepare candidates for interviews
  • Maintain placement data and track candidate progress
  • Follow up with recruiters and candidates for feedback
  • Conduct mock interviews and placement training sessions
  • Achieve monthly placement targets
  • Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders

Qualification:

Any Bachelors Degree (preferred)


Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in training institutes or placement consultancies
