Job Summary:
Placement Point Solutions is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Placement Coordinator to manage student placements, build strong employer relationships, and ensure successful career opportunities for candidates. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in client handling, and placement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with companies and HRs for job requirements
- Coordinate interviews, drives, and placement activities
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job roles
- Guide and prepare candidates for interviews
- Maintain placement data and track candidate progress
- Follow up with recruiters and candidates for feedback
- Conduct mock interviews and placement training sessions
- Achieve monthly placement targets
- Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders

Qualification:
Any Bachelors Degree (preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
