We are looking for a Placement Coordinator for a Youth Skilling program at a prominent NGO that has been working in India for over two decades, empowering communities and alleviating poverty through a range of impactful development initiatives.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Coordinator located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for liaising with organizations to create placement opportunities, guiding and mentoring candidates, organizing placement drives, and maintaining strong relationships with employers and stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include providing support for skill development programs, tracking candidate progress, and contributing to the Foundation's broader mission of youth empowerment and sustainable employment.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Proven skills in fostering client relationships and forging partnerships.
• Experience or knowledge in Education, Skilling, and Employment-related initiatives
• Ability to manage recruitment and placement processes effectively
• Problem-solving mindset, organizational skills, and a passion for social development
• Experience with monitoring and evaluating employment or training programs is a plus
• A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Social Work, Education, or a related field

Salary: 30K to 40K
