Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Placement Coordinator role based in Noida. The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring partners, facilitating student placements, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include coordinating interviews, tracking placement progress, and providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the job search process. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to enhance placement strategies and ensure successful outcomes for all participants.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build and manage relationships with candidates and hiring partners
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and professional interactions
- Customer Service orientation to provide support and assistance throughout the placement process
- Experience or knowledge in Education programs, career counseling, or placement services
- Recruiting skills to identify and match candidates with appropriate roles
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is beneficial
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred
