Placement Coordinator

Location: Noida (Work From Office)

Salary: 25,000 per month

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (5 Days Onsite & 1 Day WFH)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Placement Coordinator to build corporate partnerships and create placement opportunities for students. The ideal candidate should have experience in Placement Coordination or Sales and be confident in connecting with HRs, recruiters, and hiring managers.

• Identify and onboard new companies for student placements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews, placement drives, and hiring activities.
• Follow up with companies regarding hiring requirements and open positions.
• Generate new corporate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Maintain an updated database of employer contacts and placement opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless placement execution.
• Achieve monthly targets for company onboarding and placement activities.
• Prepare and share placement reports with management.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Placement Coordination or Sales
• Experience in onboarding companies, employer engagement, or client acquisition will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
