PL/SQL Developer

Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience in PL/SQL development

Extensive expertise in writing complex procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and cursors

Solid hands-on experience in Oracle Database development

Strong knowledge of SQL performance tuning, query optimization, and execution plans

Proven development experience (support-only profiles will be excluded)

Experience working with large data volumes and transactional systems

Hands-on experience in Shell Scripting (Unix/Linux)

Candidate should be currently working on Shell scripting

Experience in job automation, batch processing, and file handling

Exposure to Reconciliation development, including report generation and mismatch analysis

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL code based on business requirements

Perform end-to-end database development including analysis, coding, testing, and deployment

Optimize existing PL/SQL programs to improve performance and scalability

Develop and maintain Shell scripts for scheduling and automation (if applicable)

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices

Work closely with application teams, DBAs, and business stakeholders

Support reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency
