Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Associate Pitch Deck Curator who can create, structure, and refine high-quality pitch decks and application documents for Startup India, seed funds, and government schemes. The role requires strong understanding of business models, market research, and storytelling to present startups effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and curate pitch decks for Startup India, seed funding, and government schemes
• Structure content including problem, solution, market size (TAM/SAM/SOM), business model, traction, and financials
• Translate raw client inputs into clear, impactful, and investor-ready presentations
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to strengthen applications
• Work closely with founders and internal teams to understand business models and refine narratives
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all documents submitted
• Optimize decks as per scheme requirements and evaluation criteria
• Manage multiple client projects while maintaining timelines

Must-Have Requirements

• 23 years of experience in pitch deck creation, business analysis, or consulting
• Strong understanding of startup ecosystem, funding process, and government schemes
• Excellent content structuring and storytelling skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides / Canva
• Ability to work on market research, financial projections, and business documentation
• Strong attention to detail and deadline management

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Startup India, SISFS, grants, or incubator applications
• Background in consulting, business analysis, or startup advisory
• Exposure to multiple industries and business models

Compensation

1.8 LPA 3.0 LPA (CTC)

Final compensation will be determined based on the candidates experience, skill set, domain fit, and interview performance.
