Physical Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end program execution for Physical Design (PD) engineering initiatives within advanced SoC development. The role involves driving planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

12+ years of experience in VLSI / Semiconductor industry.

5+ years of experience in Program Management or a related role.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of Physical Design and SoC development lifecycle.
• Proven experience managing complex hardware development programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-performance environments and handle ambiguity effectively.
