Physical Design Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Physical Design (PD) Lead/Manager with 10+ years of experience in end-to-end implementation.

Location: Bangalore

We are specifically looking for a strong individual contributor who can drive complex blocks independently and take full technical ownership.

Should have led Physical Design execution of low-power domain

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in Physical Design (PD) Floorplanning, Placement, CTS, Routing, Timing Closure
• Should be able to drive Synthesis, P&R, timing, Physical Verification and IR/EM convergence
• Good understanding of Design Verification (DV) interaction
• Hands-on experience in CLP (Conformal Low Power)
• Strong knowledge of Static Timing Analysis (STA)
• Experience in advanced nodes (7nm/5nm preferred)
• ECO handling and full sign-off ownership

Required Experience

• 10+ years of strong PD experience
• Strong debugging and timing closure expertise
• Self-driven and execution-focused
