We are looking for an experienced Physical Design (PD) Engineer to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge semiconductor projects.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Strong expertise in:
- Floorplanning, Placement, CTS, Routing
- Timing Closure and STA concepts
- Hands-on experience with:
- Cadence Innovus
- Synopsys ICC2
- PrimeTime
- Calibre
- Good understanding of:
- MCMM timing
- Signal Integrity, IR/EM basics
- Low-power techniques (Multi-voltage, Clock Gating)
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in full-chip or block-level physical design
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
