Phlebotomist

This is a full-time, on-site Phlebotomist role based in Kalyan. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for drawing blood samples, labeling and organizing specimens for laboratory analysis, and ensuring accurate and professional interactions with patients. Additional responsibilities include maintaining proper hygiene and equipment sterilization, adhering to safety protocols, and assisting medical staff as needed in the diagnostics process.

• Proficiency in Blood Collection techniques, including venipuncture and capillary punctures
• Knowledge of Laboratory Skills and experience handling diagnostic tools and materials
• Familiarity with Medical Terminology and general Medical Assisting procedures
• Basic understanding of Medicine as it relates to laboratory tests and diagnoses
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in labeling and documenting test samples
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to ensure a positive patient experience
• Commitment to adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards
• Completion of a recognized Phlebotomy training program or equivalent certification is required
• Experience working in a diagnostic center or healthcare setting is a plus
