Organization: Prudential Health India (note: you will be made the offer from PTSI, but after incorporation you contract will be moved to PHI)

 

Location: Mumbai

 

Reporting to: Chief Information Technology Officer, or his DR (direct report)

Technical Delivery Manager – Intern will support program and project delivery activities across multiple technology and business teams. This role is designed for individuals who want hands-on exposure to agile delivery, stakeholder coordination, execution tracking, and governance in a fast-paced digital transformation environment. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

·       Assist Delivery Managers in planning, tracking, and executing project deliverables across teams. 

·       Support agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. 

·       Track action items, risks, dependencies, and milestones; follow up to ensure timely closure. 

·       Maintain project documentation including RAID logs, sprint reports, and status dashboards. 

·       Coordinate with engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities. 

·       Help monitor delivery metrics such as velocity, defect trends, and release readiness. 

·       Support release planning, deployment coordination, and post-release reviews. 

·       Assist in preparing management updates, presentations, and governance reports. 

 

Learning Exposure 

 

·       Agile and Scrum-based delivery methodologies. 

·       End-to-end software delivery lifecycle in a regulated domain (health insurance). 

·       Stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination. 

·       Delivery governance, risk management, and execution tracking. 

·       Tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms. 

 

Eligibility / Candidate Profile 

 

·       Final-year students or recent graduates in Engineering, Management, Information Technology, or related disciplines. 

·       Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile concepts. 

·       Strong organizational and communication skills. 

·       Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and presentations. 

·       Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn delivery management practices. 

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving, zero-to-one environment.
