Job Description
Role Overview:
Conduct deep-dive fundamental research on listed pharma/healthcare companies
Track USFDA actions, product pipelines, CDMO/API trends
Build detailed financial models and 35 year earnings forecasts
Generate high-conviction investment ideas for portfolio inclusion
Interact with management, industry experts, and channel partners
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate regulatory risks and margin sustainability
Perform scuttlebutt and primary research
Support portfolio construction and position sizing decisions
Eligibility Criteria:
69 years experience in pharma/healthcare research
Experience working on / tracking portfolios or funds sized 300500 Cr
1 sell-side + 1 long-tenure buy-side/PMS preferred
Max 23 companies (low job churn)
Strong understanding of US generics and regulatory cycles
Preferred Qualifications:
CFA / CA / MBA / Pharma background
Proven track record of actionable stock ideas
Strong analytical, valuation, and communication skills
Location: Mumbai / Bangalore
