.Role Overview

:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented professional to drive New Product Development (NPD) in the perfume category and lead sensory innovation across our beauty portfolio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fragrance testing, scent evaluation, and developing signature fragrance profiles that enhance consumer experience

.Key Responsibilities

• :Lead new product development for the perfume category, from concept to launch
• .Design and refine signature fragrance and sensory profiles for beauty products
• .Conduct fragrance testing, sensory evaluations, and consumer trials
• .Collaborate with R&D, product development, and marketing teams to create differentiated scent experiences
• .Track fragrance trends and identify opportunities for innovation

.Requirements

• :Minimum 2 years of experience in fragrance testing, sensory evaluation, or fragrance development
• .Strong understanding of fragrance notes, accords, and perfume creation
• .Experience in beauty, personal care, cosmetics, or fragrance industries
• .Passion for innovation and creating memorable sensory experiences
