- 5+ years of experience inperformance marketing within an agency
- Strong hands-on expertise inMeta Ads & Google Ads
- Experience handlingmultiple brands and budgets
- Data-driven mindset with strategic thinking
- Comfortable in anon-site, fast-moving agency environment
