Role Objective:
Drive scalable lead generation and business growth through data-driven performance marketing
strategies across paid digital channels. Own end-to-end campaign execution, optimization, and
measurement with a clear focus on ROI and business impact.
Key responsibilities:
Own and execute end-to-end performance marketing campaignsfrom strategy and media
planning to optimization and reportingfocused on high-quality lead generation.
Translate business objectives into actionable performance marketing strategies and deliver
monthly targets efficiently.
Lead paid digital channels including Search (SEM), Programmatic (DV360 / DoubleClick), Paid
Social (Meta), Native, Affiliates, Portals, and Direct Buys.
Drive audience segmentation, funnel optimization, and landing page performance to improve
conversion rates.
Establish performance metrics, dashboards, and attribution frameworks aligned to business
outcomes.
Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, creative experimentation, and platform
innovation.
Collaborate with internal teams (brand, creative, content, tech, sales) to scale campaign impact
and traffic.
Track digital and social trends, platform updates, and new ad formats to maintain competitive
advantage.
Analyse campaign data, extract insights, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency
and performance.
Skill & Experience:
Proven experience in performance-led digital marketing for luxury real estate, with a strong track
record in lead generation for high-value residential properties in the Mumbai market.
Deep understanding of Mumbai buyer cohorts, including HNI / UHNI segments, micro-market
dynamics, and long consideration cycles.
Demonstrated ability to drive high-quality, sales-ready leads while balancing CPL efficiency and
lead quality.
Experience managing large budgets and optimizing campaigns for premium inventory with longer
conversion funnels.
810 years of experience with 6+ years in performance-driven digital marketing.
Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, Native platforms (e.g., Taboola), and
affiliate ecosystems.
Highly analytical, performance-focused, and outcome-driven mindset
