Job Title: Paid Media Specialist

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai.

Work Mode: Work from Office

Work Timing: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Experience Level: Minimum 3 to 4 years

Alternate Saturday-Off and other Saturday Work from Home

Candidates are required to bring their laptop to the office.


Role Description


  • Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy
  • Create and manage Google Ad campaigns (SEM), Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads (Social media advertising)
  • Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO)
  • Manage paid listings on third-party websites and media partners
  • Develop and oversee email marketing and marketing automation strategy
  • Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns
  • Develops engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts that enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
  • Coordinates social media messaging with the SEM team, graphic designers, video editors, servicing team, etc. to ensure the client's and the companys digital presence.
  • Analyzes social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy areas for social media campaign improvement
  • Create and maintain social media reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Staying updated with digital trends and the industry.
  • Ensuring no mistakes are made on the client accounts.


Requirements:


  • 3-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Snapchat.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
