Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager located in Surat. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing performance-based marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign data, optimizing strategies, and managing budgets to enhance brand visibility and ROI. They will collaborate closely with the design, content, and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals and achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Digital Advertising, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Pay-Per-Click (PPC), and Social Media Advertising
- Strong proficiency in using Analytics Tools, A/B Testing, and Campaign Optimization Strategies
- Skills in Data Analysis, Budget Management, and Performance Measurement
- Knowledge of SEO, CTR, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms and CRM Systems
- Exceptional project management, organization, and communication skills
- Adaptability, teamwork, and a result-oriented mindset
- Experience in a digital agency or similar industry is a plus
