Job Description


Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Media Planning

  • Lead the development and execution of performance marketing strategies across all channels, including but not limited to Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop comprehensive media plans to maximize ROI and drive performance for client campaigns, specifically within the education sector.
  • Collaborate with the ad team to optimize client campaigns and ensure that media buying efforts are aligned with client goals.
  • Utilize data and insights to continuouslyoptimizead spend,targeting, and creative to deliver superior performance.

Lead Acquisition & Partner Campaign Management

  • Manage and improve lead acquisition from non-paid digital channels, including SEO, organic social media, content marketing, email marketing, and referrals.
  • Oversee the performance of publisher/partner campaigns to ensure alignment with client goals and maximize lead quality and volume.
  • Build partnerships with key digital publishers and ensure campaigns are effectively executed and optimized.

Client Engagement & Account Management

  • Own the media planning process for all client accounts and work directly with the advertising team to ensure client success.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding theirneedsand delivering media plans that meet their specificobjectiveswithin the education industry.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Set KPIs for all campaigns and ensureaccuratetracking and measurement of performance marketing efforts.
  • Analyze campaign performance and present insights and recommendations for continuous improvement to both internal teams and clients.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the creative, content, and technology teams to ensure that media strategies are integrated effectively across all client touchpoints.
  • Stay updated on industry trends andemergingplatforms, ensuring that DSJ Keep Learningremainsat the forefront of paid performance strategies.

Industry Knowledge & Insights

  • Utilize deep knowledge of the executive education landscape to create targeted marketing strategies that resonate with prospective students and industry stakeholders.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices, ensuring DSJ Keep Learningremainscompetitive and innovative in its approach.


Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on paid media.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in managing andoptimizingcampaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms.
  • Proven success in managing multi-channel media strategies and driving measurable performance improvements.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing lead acquisition from non-paid channels and publisher/partner campaigns.

Sector Expertise

  • Experience working with clients in the education sector is highly preferred.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of paid advertising platforms, including bidding strategies, targeting, and audience segmentation.
  • Strongexpertisein non-paid digital channels like SEO, organic social media, and email marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data andprovideactionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Proficient in managing partnerships with digital publishers andoptimizingpartner campaign performance.

Leadership & Communication

  • Strong leadership capabilities, with a focus on motivating teams to achieve collective success.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present progress reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders effectively.
