Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive / Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a performance marketing specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, hands-on with ad platforms, and focused on generating quality leads at an effective cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on:
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• LinkedIn Ads
• Create, test, and optimize:
• Landing pages (in coordination with design/dev teams)
• Ad copies (headlines, descriptions, creatives)
• Monitor and improve:
• Cost per Lead (CPL)
• Conversion rates
• Campaign performance and ROI
• Conduct A/B testing for the following:
• Ad creatives
• Ad copies
• Audience targeting
• Landing page variations
• Analyse campaign data and share performance reports and insights regularly
• Ensure smooth platform experience and proper tracking (pixels, conversions, tags)
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Strong understanding of:
• Performance funnels
• Lead generation campaigns
• Audience targeting & retargeting
• Experience in writing high-converting ad copies
• Knowledge of landing page optimization
• Ability to manage budgets and deliver results within target CPL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling multiple ad platforms
• Prior experience in lead-based campaigns
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, etc.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns
