We are an early-stage consumer AI startup building products for millions of users. We are looking for performance-driven growth professionals to own and scale our user acquisition engine.

You will drive key business metrics like Revenue, CAC, ROAS, and Contribution Margins, working at the intersection of data, creatives, and consumer behavior.

This is not just a media buying role. It requires strong business understanding, creative intuition, and the ability to scale high-intent consumer funnels.

What You'll Do

Plan, launch, and scale app marketing campaigns across Meta and Google (UAC)

Own end-to-end campaign performance budgets, bidding, optimization, and scaling

Drive improvements in CPI, CAC, ROAS, retention, and revenue growth

Optimize the complete growth funnel (CTR CVR CPI ROAS)

Run continuous A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels

Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities and performance bottlenecks

Collaborate closely with product, content, and design teams to improve conversion rates

Align campaigns with consumer behavior, trends, and seasonal opportunities

Work directly with the founder on growth experiments and scaling initiatives

Requirements

13 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing

Strong experience running campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads

Understanding of attribution, analytics, conversion tracking, and measurement

Comfortable managing meaningful advertising budgets

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions

Experience with consumer internet, apps, D2C, or high-growth startups is a plus

High ownership, speed of execution, and willingness to experiment

Good communication skills in Hindi and English
