Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Paid Advertising - Meta & Google
- Own Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) end to end - strategy, audience building, campaign setup, execution, and optimisation
- Own Google Ads - Search, Shopping, and Display - from keyword strategy through to conversion tracking
- Brief the team on creatives needed for ads - formats, hooks, messaging, and CTAs
- Continuously test and iterate on ad creatives, audiences, and placements to improve ROAS
- Weekly and monthly reporting - ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and spend efficiency
WhatsApp Marketing
- Execute WhatsApp broadcast campaigns in line with the monthly marketing calendar
- Manage list segmentation, scheduling, and send logistics
- Track message performance - open rates, click-through, and conversion from WhatsApp campaigns
Analytics & Reporting Infrastructure
- Build and maintain performance dashboards across Meta, Google, and WhatsApp channels
- Set up and manage UTM tracking, attribution models, and Shopify integration post-migration/ Woocommerce
- Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for the team
Marketplace & Platform Expansion
- Research and set up Mapcha's presence on relevant marketplaces
- Manage listings, run platform-specific ads, and track stockists performance
- Identify new platforms and growth opportunities as the brand scales
Merchandiser Collaboration
- Work closely with the Merchandiser to align campaigns with product availability and sell-through priorities
- Push hero products and slow-movers strategically through performance channels
- Ensure ad creative briefs reflect the right products at the right time
Organic & SEO
On-page SEO across the website (in coordination with Garima)
Keyword research, blog/content briefs handed to creative team
Track organic rankings and traffic growth
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 2-3 years in a performance marketing, growth, or digital marketing role
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads - not just reporting, but actual execution
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable with data, attribution, and building dashboards
- Experience with Shopify/ Woocommerce platforms is a strong plus
- Creative briefing ability - knows what makes a good ad even
- Self-starter who can own a channel independently without hand-holding
