Job Description
Job Title: Performance Marketing
Location- AYUVYA | Hauz Khas, Delhi
Role Objective:
To drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitable scaling for AYUVYAs D2C brands through high-performance paid marketing channels, with a primary focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and strong working expertise in Google Ads. The role involves optimizing campaigns, improving ROAS, and building data-driven growth strategies across multiple digital funnels and customer touchpoints.
What Youll Own
Meta Ads Management
End-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google and Instagram).
Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Continuously test creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages for better performance.
Google Ads Management
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search,Display, and YouTube Ads.
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
Optimize campaigns to improve conversions, click-through rates (CTR), and cost per acquisition (CPA).
Align Google Ads with Meta campaigns to ensure strong full-funnel coverage from awareness to conversion and retargeting.
Performance & Analytics
Monitor daily campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Analyze key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and growth recommendations.
Budget & Scaling
Manage and efficiently allocate high monthly ad spends across campaigns.
Identify and execute scaling opportunities while maintaining profitability.
Drive continuous experimentation across new audiences, ad formats, and geographies.
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
Collaborate with product and tech teams to improve landing page performance and user experience.
Improve conversion rates across the website and checkout journey.
Ensure accurate pixel tracking, event setup, and attribution modeling for better decision-making.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with brand and creative teams to align messaging with performance marketing goals.
Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure campaign planning aligns with inventory availability.
Support new product launches with data-driven, performance-focused go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (preferably D2C/e-commerce).
Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proven track record of scaling campaigns with measurable ROI.
