Role Description

You will own Zoomies' paid growth engine across D2C and Quick Commerce from ideation to execution to iteration. You are someone who has navigated the unique dynamics of Q-Commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart, and knows how to drive visibility and conversions in a 10-minute delivery world. We need someone who breathes ROAS, thinks in funnels, and moves at the speed of Quick Commerce.

What You'll Own

  • Own and manage performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and emerging Q-Commerce channels).
  • Develop and execute platform-specific advertising strategies on Q-Commerce search ads, banner placements, sponsored listings, and deal activations.
  • Manage full-funnel paid strategies across D2C channels from awareness to conversion to retention.
  • Build and manage A/B tests on creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor and optimize ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, LTV, and Q-Commerce specific metrics (share of search, ranking, sell-through rates) across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the content team to brief high-converting creatives for both D2C and Q-Commerce formats.
  • Manage and allocate monthly ad budgets across platforms with clear ROI accountability.
  • Set up and manage pixel tracking, UTM frameworks, and attribution models for D2C channels.
  • Work closely with the ops team to ensure inventory availability aligns with Q-Commerce campaign timings.
  • Analyse platform dashboards (Blinkit Ads Manager, Zepto Console, etc.) and generate weekly performance reports.
  • Stay ahead of Q-Commerce algorithm changes, ranking factors, new ad formats, and D2C growth hacks.


What We're Looking For

  • 25 years of hands-on performance marketing experience with mandatory exposure to Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, or similar).
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling Q-Commerce ad campaigns sponsored listings, search visibility, and platform promotions.
  • Solid experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns profitably.
  • Strong understanding of Q-Commerce platform dynamics ranking algorithms, dark store inventory impact, and platform-specific consumer behaviour.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms (GA4, Looker Studio).
  • Strong data literacy you can slice multi-platform dashboards and tell a clear story from numbers.
  • Experience with creative briefing and working with design/UGC teams for Q-Commerce and social formats.
  • Startup mindset you execute fast, iterate faster, and take ownership.


Good to Have

  • Experience scaling a D2C or FMCG brand on Q-Commerce from listing to top category rank.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and hyperlocal promotions.
  • Knowledge of Shopify analytics and D2C storefront integrations.
  • Prior experience in pet care, FMCG, health, or wellness categories.



Qualifications

  • Experience in paid advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), and social media advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and performance tracking platforms.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to craft campaigns aligned with brand messaging and market trends.
  • Experience with digital marketing, content strategy, or creative collaboration to enhance campaign performance.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, on-site team environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications such as Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are a plus.
