• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Build and managefull-funnel strategies(awareness consideration conversion)
• Drive performance forD2C and service-based brands
• Work closely with the creative team to:
• Brief high-performing ad creatives
• Test hooks, formats, and messaging angles
• Continuously A/B test:
• Creatives
• Audiences
• Landing pages
• Track and optimize key metrics:
• ROAS, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate
• Set up and manage:
• Pixels, conversion tracking, and analytics tools
• Analyze campaign data and provideactionable insights (not just reports)

• 25 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns (show us numbers)
• Strong understanding of:
• Marketing funnels
• Consumer psychology
• Creative strategy
• Experience with tools like:
• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Ads
• Google Analytics / GA4
• Ability to think beyond dashboards why is something working/not working?
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment

• Experience with D2C brands (fashion, lifestyle, home dcor)
• Knowledge of landing page optimization & CRO
• Familiarity with tools like:
• Shopify
• Webflow
• CRM tools
• Basic understanding of copywriting for ads
