Performance Marketer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who specializes in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with a strong focus on driving sales and maximizing ROAS.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in scaling revenue-focused campaigns, optimizing funnels, and working closely with creative teams to build high-converting ad strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and scale Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) with a core focus on sales conversions
• Optimize campaigns daily to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates
• Identify and scale winning audiences, creatives, and campaign structures
• Run continuous A/B testing on creatives, hooks, and ad copies
• Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives
• Analyze performance data and derive actionable insights
• Manage budgets efficiently to ensure maximum ROI
• Optimize full funnel (ad landing page conversion) for better performance
• Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

Requirements:

• 13+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Strong experience in running sales/conversion campaigns (not just leads or traffic)
• Proven track record of improving ROAS and scaling campaigns
• Understanding of funnels, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
• Experience collaborating with creative teams and giving clear briefs
• Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with D2C or healthcare/wellness brands.
• Knowledge of CRO and landing page optimization.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools.
