Role Description

The Performance Marketer will play a crucial role in strategizing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to achieve key performance indicators. This full-time remote role involves running paid advertising campaigns, analyzing data metrics, and continuously refining strategies to ensure maximum ROI. Day-to-day tasks include managing ad platforms, performing audience segmentation, creating performance reports, A/B testing, and staying updated on the latest marketing trends.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Performance Marketing, Paid Advertising, and Campaign Optimization
Strong data analysis and reporting skills, familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, and expertise in A/B Testing
Experience with social media advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends
Ability to craft compelling ad copy and messaging tailored to target audiences
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Collaborative approach with the capacity to work independently in a remote environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
Experience in a similar marketing role or familiarity with SaaS, e-commerce, or digital brands is a bonus
