WHAT YOULL OWN

• Plan & execute high-performing Meta & Google ad strategies
• Drive revenue, leads & profitable growth
• Build full-funnel strategies (awareness conversion retention)
• Work closely with social media to align messaging & funnel flow
• Optimize campaigns based on data & performance signals
• Analyze numbers daily & improve cost efficiency
• Identify scaling opportunities & new growth channels
• Provide strategic input on pricing, offers & positioning

NON-NEGOTIABLE SKILLS

• Expert in Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Experience with both D2C & B2B campaigns
• Proven execution of sales & lead generation funnels
• Strong understanding of audience behavior & targeting
• Deep knowledge of funnel psychology & buyer journeys
• Data-driven decision making & performance optimization
• Strong communication & reporting skills

FUNNEL & MARKET INTELLIGENCE (MANDATORY)

You must be able to:

• Understand the full customer journey from first click to purchase
• Identify drop-offs & optimize conversion paths
• Advise on offers, pricing & positioning for better performance
• Align ad strategy with landing pages & website flow
• Recommend website improvements for conversion optimization
• Collaborate with retention & CRM flows to improve LTV

STRATEGIC THINKING REQUIRED

• Understand e-commerce economics & CAC vs LTV
• Identify scalable growth opportunities
• Advise beyond ads: funnel, UX, retention & conversion
